Fax Broadcast Marketing
Fax Broadcasting is a form of direct marketing. It
is used in the place of, or in addition to Telephone
Canvassing, Direct Mail and Email Broadcasts. There are
many advantages to using this form of marketing. It is
extremely cost effective - no printing, postage or labor
costs. In addition, response is normally higher, while
people throw away Direct Mail, are irritated by
telephone sales people and may object to an Email
Broadcast, they are less likely to throw away a fax
without reading it.
There are two main elements to a Fax Broadcast. The
first is the list of companies that will receive your
fax. We supply the database but if you have your own,
with fax numbers, then you can use it. If we are
supplying the data we need to know who your target
audience is. We then tailor the database to your
requirements. This is done using the SIC Code (or codes)
of the companies you want to reach and other criteria,
such as number of employees, gross sales, location (by
state, county, town, zip code or tel. area code) and
many others. Once our search is complete we tell you how
many companies we have that match your criteria. You can
then fax some or all of them.
The second element is the document you want to fax to
the companies on the database. This would be your
design, would normally describe the Products/Services
you provide and then direct the recipient to call you or
visit your Web-Site. The document should have a powerful
headline to grab the attention of the readers, be
informative but not too long winded. Other forms of
document regularly used are Order Forms and News
Letters.
Response to a Fax Broadcast can sometimes be increased
by sending a second fax to the companies on the
database. This can be in the form of a reminder notice
that may jog the memory of the reader. In some cases a
third reminder is used.
Once we have the database and the document to be faxed
we can start broadcasting almost immediately. You can
choose to fax the entire database in one go or stagger
the broadcast to, say, several hundred companies a day.

data you have ordered in accordance with these terms and
conditions and any additional terms appearing on any
related invoice. You agree not to sell, sublicense,
transfer or otherwise make available any portion of the
data to anyone outside of your business organization.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: You agree that it is your
responsibility to understand and comply with all
federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
including do not call and do not fax regulations,
including, without limitation, (a) The Telephone
Consumer Protection Act of 1991; (b) The Junk Fax
Protection Act of 2005; (c) any rules or regulations
promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission;
and (d) any state or local laws governing facsimile
transmissions (the “Facsimile Laws”). You agree to
obtain the same representation from each end user. You
agree to indemnify and hold BMS, LLC (Bullseye Marketing
Services) & its suppliers harmless against all claims
based in whole or in part on your or the end user’s
failure to
comply with Facsimile Laws.
EXCLUSIVE LIMITED WARRANTY: BMS, LLC compiles its
databases from various sources and where appropriate
verifies the data. BMS, LLC cannot and does not assume
any liability for the correctness or comprehensiveness
of the data. You will have 14 days after purchasing the
product to inspect and notify BMS, LLC of any problems
with the operation of the product or material mistakes
with regards to the data. If BMS, LLC is notified of an
operational problem or material mistake within 14 days
from the date of your purchase then BMS, LLC will
correct the problem or, in its sole discretion, refund
that portion of the purchase price relating to the
materially mistaken data or the product as a whole. This
warranty is a limited warranty and BMS, LLC makes no
other warranties, express or implied, including without
limitation, any express or implied warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In
no event shall BMS, LLC be liable for lost profits,
consequential, incidental, or special damages, or other
claims of a similar nature. If this limited warranty
should fail of its essential purpose, and in all other
cases, BMS, LLC’s entire liability shall be limited to
the amount actually received by BMS, LLC on account of
your purchase of the product.
